Posted November 13, 2018 05:02:19The same food that Thai people eat is one of the most common foods to cause a health problem, as well as the most widely consumed, according to new research by the University of Washington.
The findings, published in the journal Global Health, found that the commonest food among people in Thailand is rice, followed by soy, and then fish.
The study also found that people who ate more than three meals per day had more severe symptoms of a disease called Helicobacter pylori, with symptoms similar to those of diabetes, hypertension, and other heart conditions.
“We wanted to look at what was causing the increase in illness and how it might be prevented,” said lead author Michael Raffan, a research associate in the UW School of Public Health.
Raffan’s team looked at a database of nearly 13 million food-borne illnesses reported in the United States from 2011 to 2018.
They looked at symptoms and symptoms, like whether people were vomiting, diarrhea, and a variety of other symptoms, and found that many of these illnesses were caused by eating a particular food.
“Our data showed that the food we eat most often is rice and seafood,” Raffant said.
“This was true whether or not the food was high in salt or sugar or fat or sodium or protein.”
He said there are multiple reasons why people in the U.S. and around the world are sick.
They are mostly young people who have never had a stomach bug or stomach illness.
They may have high cholesterol and may not have been eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables, for example.
Roffan said the main culprits were salt, sugar, fat, and sodium.
He said people who eat a lot of rice may have a more chronic problem than people who don’t eat rice.
“When people don’t have enough water, they’re dehydrated, and the body can’t produce enough fluids to get through the day,” Roffan told Reuters Health.
He said that some of the symptoms of the disease can be similar to the symptoms seen in people with diabetes.
Raffean and his colleagues found that most of the illnesses reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the US were caused primarily by eating rice and fish.
They also found the food often contains sodium, so many people are likely to eat foods high in sodium, such as pizza, fried chicken, and fried foods.
The researchers said the food-eating patterns of people who are more likely to get a food-related illness, such more frequent and severe infections, could have a lot to do with their food choices.
“If you have a history of eating a lot, and you’re not eating a healthy diet, you’re going to be more likely than not to get an illness, especially if you eat a large amount of the same food,” Raffean said.
He added that he thinks the food patterns are the most important thing to look out for.
“I think we have to be mindful of what we’re eating and how we’re cooking, and how much we’re consuming,” he said.
