U.S., England and Germany are the first two nations to announce their squads for next year’s World Cup and there are some interesting names in there, including England striker Alex Morgan and U-17s midfielder Julian Green.

Morgan has already signed with the U-23s.

The 23-year-old scored seven goals in three matches in a friendly against Norway on Sunday and also scored in a World Cup qualifier against Russia on Saturday.

Morgan is a player who likes to get forward.

He scored a goal in the 6-0 win over the Netherlands on Saturday and has eight goals in five games in his first U-20 World Cup.

He has been a regular in the U17s for the last two years and is now one of their most potent attackers, with two goals in four matches.

Green, 18, is another player who scored goals in the 5-0 victory over Croatia on Saturday, adding three more in the match against the Netherlands.

He also scored his first goal in a match in June and is another U-19 World Cup player with three goals in two matches.

Both Morgan and Green were at the United Nations with the United Arab Emirates in 2019.

Green is a versatile attacker who can play at right back, as well as forward.

In the summer, he signed a new contract with Manchester City, but has not played since the World Cup qualifiers against the Dutch and Croatia.

He scored in the 4-1 win over Serbia in the Netherlands last month and also has two goals and three assists in two World Cup qualifying matches.
