Posted October 07, 2018 06:15:07 Alyssa Burchardt has been in the news lately for the story of how she was accused of sexual assault.

The 32-year-old mother of four says she was falsely accused and accused by two men.

She says she knew her allegations were false when she went to police, but says she never thought the police would make her go to jail for a week.

She’s facing five charges of unlawful sexual conduct, six of rape and three of aggravated sexual assault, including the most serious.

She was charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse and one count each of aggravated assault and rape.

The other two charges were dropped, and she has now been released on her own recognizance.

“They knew that I was innocent.

They had to have known that I didn’t have any sexual contact with my daughter,” Burchardson told ABC News.”

I’ve been through a lot of shit in my life.

I’m going through a hell of a lot more than what I was going through with this.”

She says the case is being handled by the Alabama Judicial Branch, which is investigating her allegations and says it will review her case and determine if it is appropriate to pursue criminal charges.ABC News: “I don’t know where it’s going to go, I don’t care, I’m not going to make this up, I want to get justice for my daughter.
