The state newspaper’s jobs report is not all bad news: New York Times

article The New York State newspaper’s job market remains strong, with the state employing nearly a million people in 2015, according to the newspaper’s latest jobs report.

New York City had the most job gains, with an increase of more than 5,400 jobs from last year.

The report released Monday showed the city saw a 1.9 percent gain in the number of job seekers for the year, which includes new hires and layoffs.

The state’s economy added 1.6 million jobs last year, the first increase in more than three years.

While the state lost 1.5 million jobs from 2015 to 2016, it gained an estimated 1.2 million jobs in the prior year, according the state’s Economic Development Corporation.

The number of jobs created in the past year is expected to be more than 4 million.

The jobless rate fell from 4.1 percent in February to 4.3 percent last week, the lowest since February 2009.

But the jobless increase was smaller than the 1.1 percentage point drop in the state jobless-to-jobless ratio that the state has experienced since March 2015.

The statewide unemployment rate was 3.8 percent last year; in the month of March, it was 4.6 percent.

In New York, the city’s unemployment rate fell to 6.9 in the third quarter, the slowest rate since September 2012, when the city had a 4.7 percent unemployment rate.

The unemployment rate for New York residents in December was 8.6%, down from 9.2 percent in November.

More jobs:The report said the state is working to increase the number and quality of jobs available for the people it employs, particularly in technology.

The city added 1,000 jobs to its tech-related workforce in the fourth quarter.

The company that runs the city-owned software company is building a new office in the city that is expected in 2020, with another office in 2021.

The Times also reported that more than 1,300 people worked at a local software company that helps businesses hire for tech jobs, a large increase from January 2016 when only 2,200 people worked there.

The newspaper said the company, the company’s owner, had raised more than $100 million for a new building.

The building is expected later this year and will have more than 3,000 new jobs.

New businesses added jobs in New York last year in the most recent quarter.

For the year as a whole, the number added was 4,500, up from 4,200 in 2016.

The New Jersey-based company, Nixle, had been expanding in the Northeast for years, but the company is expanding into New York and New Jersey, the Times reported.

The news service also reported on a study that found the percentage of New York-area residents who were unemployed had decreased by 5 percentage points from the year before, from 9 percent to 7.9%.

It reported that the percentage who were working but looking for work also fell.

In some cities, like Washington, D.C., the number who were looking for a job dropped, while the percentage working fell in cities like Baltimore, Miami and Chicago.

The paper reported that New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said the number looking for jobs in his city had dropped by more than 30 percent in the last four years.

The new report shows that New Yorkers are increasingly willing to take on more responsibility for their own jobs, even as they are being left behind in the job market.

The jobs report showed that more people are working part time, in part-time jobs, or with part-year contracts.

The study also showed that the number working part-timers increased in New Jersey in 2016, but that it was down from 7.2 in 2015.

In contrast, the rate of part-years contracted in New Mexico, the largest state in the union, and in Texas, which is home to many part-times.
